Octordle is a word puzzle game that is based on the popular Wordle game, except it is more harder. You won't just have to guess one word; you'll have to predict eight different English terms at the same time, all in just 13 tries.

How to play Octordle

Every word has five letters, and when you type in a legitimate word, it will be used in all eight boxes at once. The system will show you colour feedback to assist you figure out: Yellow is the proper letter but in the wrong place, whereas grey is the letter that doesn't occur in the word.

This game has 2 game modes for you to try: Daily Octordle and Unlimited mode.

Daily Octordle: every day the game will have a new set of 8 words for players to try to guess. All players play the same set of words every day.

Unlimited mode: you can play freely, try random word sets without being limited by days.

Octordle Tips and Strategies

Since you are faced with 8 words at a time, each guess should prioritize words with common vowels/sounds to gather information faster.

Try to use initial guesses without repetition to optimize testing on different boards.

Keep an eye on boards where you are sure to guess a few letters and focus on completing boards with many unknown letters.

When you have few guesses left, consider choosing to guess words in boards that you are "almost done" first, to ensure you don't miss any words.
